My sysop control panel indicates a message similar to this: "This server is running an Enterprise license that expires in 24 days."

Answer

This message will appear under the following conditions:


  1. You are currently running our 30 day time limited free server for evaluation purposes. If this counter is approaching zero, you must purchase a license in order to continue operating Web Crossing.
  2. You have purchased a license from us already and are running on the temporary, time limited certificate issued by our orders department. A permanent certificate is sent when payment is received, so you either need to enter that permanent certificate, or issue payment to WCI. Contact sales@elliptics.com for billing related questions.


Non-hosted customers will find a "Install New Certificate" link in their sysop control panel, towards the bottom of the page. You may enter your new certificate there.
